Zsolt received his “summa cum laude” degree from the Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law in 1994. After graduating from the University he worked at the Legal Directorate of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg for a couple of months. Following the Bar examination, he was a partner (member) of a law firm since 1996. He specializes in real estate, labour and contracts on wholesale and retail of mineral oil products. In the summer of 2016, after more than twenty years of membership he separated from the previous firm and founded UJJADY Attorneys at Law as its successor and is currently the managing partner. His working languages are Hungarian and English.
Zsolt has been continuously lecturing business and labour law since 1998 at the Corvinus University of Budapest.
He is member (examiner) to the Legal Exam Committee of the Ministry of Justice since 2013, regularly examining in the fields of civil and labour law.
He published several articles in different legal matters and is co-author of the volume „Business law” (HVG-ORAC Publishing House Ltd., 2014).
Adél received her law degree in 2001 from the University of Pécs Faculty of Law. She joined the Law Firm of Burai- Kovács and Partners in 2001 September, and here they started working together with Zsolt. Since the foundation of the UJJADY Law Firm, Adél has been involved in the activities of the law firm as an of counsel. Her main areas of expertise are corporate law, commercial law, copyright and advertisment law, as well as data protection. In addition to Hungarian, she also works in English and German.
Nikolett received her college degree in administration management from the Corvinus University of Budapest Faculty of Public Administration in 2008. In the same year she joined Zsolt’s team in the predecessor law firm at first as legal assistant, since 2010 she performs debt collection tasks as well. She works in English and Hungarian.
Emese received her college degree in economics from the Budapest Business School in 2007. She joined the UJJADY Law Firm in the spring of 2020, where she performs legal assistant duties in Hungarian and English.
